The Cadillac and Tower are excellent and versatile choices of equipment when working with clients of varying levels, abilities and individual needs. Progressing on from the traditional repertoire we will explore a variety of adaptations to allow you to work in a functional and challenging way with every one of your clients. You are welcome to come armed with questions you may have about existing exercises or issues you may have encountered in your teaching experience.
This is an ideal workshop for those teachers who have existing knowledge and experience teaching on the Cadillac or Tower.

As well as exploring ways to make movements more accessible with functional adaptations we will also focus on the challenge of the Chair. Progressively add strength and balance challenges into your sessions and see your clients truly reap the benefits of the Wunda Chair. We will also have the opportunity to dive into a fun and flowing Chair Class, so you get your workout fix as well.

Course Description:
Combine your Reformer, Cadillac/Tower, Chair and Mat repertoire into one structured session that can benefit your clients and your business. Each client can experience a fun and challenging workout and experience all the Pilates gems in a group setting. Understand the framework of creating a logical circuit workout, adding progressive layers to enable you to work with multi-levels. It will be a fun workshop with lots of opportunities to move, learn new exercises and gain the valuable skill of juggling Pilates clients.
